This hyper-realistic Lora was trained on Flux Dev with extreme detail of her face, body, both clothed and nude. Prompting tends to give me the correct trained age, height, weight, body type, and bra size. That being said, you can prompt however you want, body type tends to change well with prompting. In my extensive use, detailed prompting has resulted in accurate body type and measurements. v3 comparison.
