It works well for fixing hands. Not for complete corrections, but as a hand touch-up. I tried using Depth, but for some reason, it made the result look blurry, so I substituted it with Canny. It was mentioned that it cannot be used with Hires.fix, but it seems to be working. Since it is a man's hand, using Depth or Normal picks up roughness and makes the hand look rough.
