Thank you for doing this! I've been looking for artists who are training models on their own work and there aren't many doing so. I'd love pointers to anyone you've found and would recommend.

I attached some images I generated from the first sentence of Kafka's Metamorphosis "As Gregor Samsa awoke one morning from uneasy dreams he found himself transformed in his bed into a gigantic insect." They are properly horrifying. 

I also spent some time playing with upscalers. R-ESRGAN 4x+ does some beautiful things, but though the change to your drawing style is significant. See the final image. The Anime version of that upscaler also makes some interesting alterations, but IMHO diverges too much from your drawing style.
