Un(der?)documented Civitai feature: Hold ctrl and arrow to quickly change tag's weight

I just found this by accident and figured I'd share. If you hold ctrl key and use the up or down arrow civitai will automaticlly add the formatting for weight to the current tag (as indicated by commas) and adjust it in increments of 0.1 for every tap of the arrow while ctrl is held.
