I've seen new people trying to publish a lora first time, and 99% of them just leave few tags or simply just no tags at all or tags doesn't fit of a style/character related to the theme of a lora, if people looking/blocking specific things its going to be hard for people to do that, I also saw people just press print screen and slap it as the lora's thumbnail where you can just save as and upload from there
