Recently, an image that secretly used my prompt while hiding the prompt itself was featured on the Civitai main showcase. Later, the image revealed its prompt, and upon checking, I found that my prompt had been used.
I raised a complaint with Civitai regarding this issue, but as expected, their response was essentially: "We have neither the duty nor the thought of protecting your copyright at all."
Therefore, to protect my creations, I have decided to delete all my Lora files and images from this moment forward. However, since unauthorized reuploads of Lora files continue to occur, I have chosen to keep the posts online while deleting only the files as proof that I am the original creator. This decision was not made lightly, and I have given it much thought.
However, I have come to the conclusion that it is difficult to continue my work in an environment where creators' rights are neither protected nor respected. Seeing my work used without proper credit, with the platform turning a blind eye, I no longer wish to engage in a meaningless struggle.
To those who have supported and appreciated my creations, I sincerely apologize. But I believe this is not just a personal matter; it is an important issue concerning the rights and ethics of creators, which is why I have made this decision.
I am still uncertain about the path I will take moving forward, but I will continue my work in a space where my efforts and creations are truly valued. I deeply appreciate everyone who has been with me until now.
