Hello! How do you do, fellow AI enjoyers?
I make Lora's for fun; and to me it is fun because they are based on something. All of my Original Character Loras are based on fictional characters I have created over the years. These characters all share a common world and I have written about them to varying degrees throughout the years. Thanks to developments in AI, I can now tinker and fiddle with more visual methods of world building and story telling. Not being artistically talented myself, this has been a huge and very fun boon for me.
This article will go over some of the basics of the world and who these characters are and how they interact with it - without going into the extensive and very lurid details. Some key bullet points before we begin;
The world itself and the story within it takes place over decades, thus, ages, dates and other such information will not be included.
This should go without saying but I'll say it so we're all clear - all of these characters as they are represented in their respective Lora are adults.
This is important to me, because in the actual story, for example, Faith T is actually Sylvia H's much younger half sister, to whom Sylvia H (at this point under the alias Evelyn T.) serves as a mother-like figure. A central figure to much of the plot, Sylvia H's story carries her from around 19 until she is in her early 40s (at least). So Sylvia H is an adult at the very beginning of the story, while Faith T is an adult near the tail end of the story.
As a result, some of the information here will perhaps appears blurry and maybe not make a whole lot of sense - but that's okay, we're here to focus on and learn about the characters.
With all that in mind, I'll be concocting a "CivitAI-verse" version of the world. Speaking of which...
THE WORLD
A terrestrial world like our own, the world is technologically around ~40-50 years ahead of our current abilities, thus making the world and story a work of science fiction. The world will carved up into arcs to define what is going on at what time, and this will allow us to learn a little more about the characters without going all-in on details. The arcs are;
A Final Conflict
A globe spanning conflict between the coalition of the theocratic Empire and the corpocratic Democracies. Corporations fight one another openly with small private armies, and the entire world stands on the brink of a world changing conflict.
The Calamity
A dread time after the Final Conflict which sees the world plunge into decay and darkness after the destruction of the Empire and most of the Democracies, the few surviving nations clinging to power. Corporate City-States rise and seize control of much of the world, while the people left after the Final Conflict do what they must to survive.
Burn The World
The world is now run by Corporations who all see the worlds future progressing very differently. Conflict is constant. The world is dust. Yet the true end of humanity is approaching, and the last of the old heroes must rise alongside a new generation. Much of this arc is centered around organizations such as SDS (military contractor) and Sennex (biogenetic research corporation).
CHARACTERS
-Female-
Major Character; The Calamity
Lively and full of life, she is naive at times but ultimately a decided force for good in the world. A former university student (communications), she finds herself on the road with a convoy of survivors during the great societal collapse(s) of The Calamity arc.
How does she fit into the story? Abbigayl is a central character during the Calamity arc, specifically the convoy of civilians heading to a Corporate City. She is the ethical heart of the group, and her kindness and pure-heartedness bringing Sylvia out of a long depression.
Close with Sylvia H, James T, and Robello B.
Side Character; A Final Conflict, The Calamity, Burn The World
Orphaned street urchin from the frigid north of the Empire. She is a natural pariah as a musician and singer, but initially lacks the means to change her circumstances. Through a combination of determination, grit, and luck, she rises to become a popular performer that remains in the background through all story arcs, occasionally and repeatedly interacting with many other characters.
How does she fit into the story? Sylvia helps her get off the streets by paying for a room for her through a chance encounter. Mostly a background character, she progresses steadily as time passes. Early on it's substantial for her not to be homeless, but by the end she's one of the more popular musical artists in the world, though, it is long road.
Close with Hamachi B and Xeimi S.
Side Character; A Final Conflict, The Calamity
Decorated and accomplished member of the army of the Empire, she is promoted to the palace guard and serves as the personal bodyguard to Princess Sylvia. Straight-faced and unfazed by nearly anything. She is honest, loyal, and ruthlessly efficient in all duties. Yet behind her stone exterior lies a woman with a more complicated story to tell.
Her limited free time is spent largely on physical activity to stay in top form; though she has soft spots for gymnastics and horseback riding. She secretly hosts and plays various board and tabletop games with anyone willing to join her. For some reason she loves bad romance movies.
How does she fit into the story? She serves as a member of the palace guard until the collapse of the Empire during A Final Conflict, before reappearing years later near the end of The Calamity arc, offering help during a crucial moment.
Closely affiliated with characters of the Empire and it's allies; Sylvia, Ketrya, Glara, Dazzin, and Moalla, to name a few.
Minor Character; Burn The World
Junior member of SDS medical staff, she is a warm and friendly soul, unfortunately stricken by a ruthless, well hidden self serving streak. Her simple actions in the story have vast consequences.
How does she fit into the story? Aluna's story is not fully developed. That said, she will interact with other SDS-affiliated characters such as Dyn, Rollynd, Ahrik, and Sylvia.
Aymli H.
Minor Character; A Final Conflict
A middle-ranked Duchess in the Empire, she is second cousin to Sylvia and a member of Ketrya's elaborate ring of allies. Ambitious, disarming, and intelligent, her eyes extend far beyond the shores of her simple island duchy.
How does she fit into the story? She is a small piece of a much larger puzzle during the story in A Final Conflict, appearing infrequently and only under selected circumstances and usually in the background.
Side Character; A Final Conflict, The Calamity, Burn The World
Star graduate of the Imperial Military Academy and friendly rival to Sylvia. From a poor and pauper rural family, she enrolls in the Academy out of necessity. She is athletically gifted, driven, and a high disciplined and capable soldier. A born survivor, she navigates the complicated and dangerous world, first as a soldier of the Empire and later as an independent mercenary alongside Fexol. She is a passionate nature photographer and birdwatcher.
How does she fit into the story? Long lived and stubborn, it is repeatedly joked that Dienan may be invincible or at least is incredibly lucky. She repeatedly appears throughout the story, sometimes as an ally and sometimes as an enemy (depending whose perspective we're looking at it from), always formidable and always surviving. She is close to Sylvia, Fexol, Vachia, Efiefis, B.A. Reynald, and other SDS-affiliated characters.
Major Character; Burn The World
Daughter of Rollynd, she is a rebellious and proud young woman. Constantly seeking to join the family business of conflict and war, she is actively prevented from anything outside of office or logistical duties by her father. She is trains diligently and seeks to disobey her fathers wishes, trying to be like one of her heroes, Sylvia. A car enthusiast, she does whatever she can to get a hit of adrenaline.
How does she fit into the story? Dyn is a major character in Burn The World, which is highly focused on her fathers private security company, SDS. She is best friends with Sylvia's
half-sisterdaughter Faith.
Side Character; The Calamity, Burn The World
Capable member of a police service in one of the Democratic nations, she yearns for adventure and to test herself. When The Calamity happens, she finds herself in over her heard despite impressive efforts. She is kind and friendly, always eager to extend a helping hand to those she considers a friend.
How does she fit into the story? Ellia is a key figure in the early relationship between Faith and
SylviaEvelyn, as she is one of the individuals who takes care of her. A close personal friend of Sylvia's biological father, she shares information related to his story. She fades away in the story near the beginning of Burn The World.
Major Character; Burn The World
Pensive and full of spirit, she is a very genuine and intelligent young woman. Faith is the daughter of
SylviaEvelyn. She is impressionable and easily influenced by others. Insightful and sometimes brutally honest, she is an avid hiker and enjoys peace and simplicity. How does she fit into the story? Faith is an integral and motivating factor in the story. Her safety and well-being are of paramount importance to
SylviaEvelyn and she is well known to many other SDS characters, such as Dyn, Rollynd, Aluna, and Ahrik.
Fileca P.
Side Character; A Final Conflict
Glara was orphaned as a child and left in the hands of the powerful church in the Empire. She was assigned to work in the palace, and through excellent service became the personal aide to the princess Sylvia. She is absolutely loyal to her caretakers; not only due to exhaustive indoctrination, but also due to a personal and deep sense of connection and duty to those who have busied her idle hands.
Her duty, while ceaseless, is not without its own joys. She loves gardening and has received a limited education in botany, and though she is not assigned to the kitchens she is often there - to cook or to eat? While not permitted to own her own, she is allowed to keep assorted terrariums in Sylvia's palace quarters.
As Sylvia's personal aide, she is also associated with Ketrya, Moalla, Isa, Lyra, Veilla, Dazzin, and Alezant.
Minor Character; A Final Conflict, The Calamity, Burn The World
An adult film star by trade, there are inextricable links between her 'private services' and a series of dataleaks and poisonings, but nothing can ever be verified. Well known as a socialite and a charitable figure despite her means of income. A darkness hides behind her pastel eyes that grows more twisted as time passes. She is ethnically mixed.
How does she fit into the story? Hamachi is young and violent; as dangerous as they come. Her adult film career is prolific in and around A Final Conflict before she steps further into the world of espionage and mercenary work as the world progresses through The Calamity and into Burn The World. She repeatedly foils plans through daring, insane acts, often at the behest of unknown benefactors.
Close with Xeimi and at times Adrinida.
Side Character; A Final Conflict, Burn The World
Pompous but not unkind, the Crown Princess of a kingdom on the verge of losing its monarchy through an emergent republic. She cares little for her realm of titles, instead preferring a life of hedonistic and grandiose pursuits.
Founder of the Princess Society.
How does she fit into the story? Isa has a role of variable importance; in A Final Conflict, she is a very minor character who only serves as a romantic/physical interest. Later, in Burn The World, she appears as a key ally of Moalla D and assists in efforts to resist global corporate hegemony.
Major Character; A Final Conflict, The Calamity
High Queen of an island kingdom long bereft of past glory. Cold, calculating, and cunning, she maneuvers her nation and herself with apathy, ambition, and most importantly - results.
Probably a sociopath. In love with Sylvia H.
How does she fit into the story? Ketrya is Sylvia's closest friend, and is closely affiliated with most of the other noble characters. She creates, maintains, and utilizes an expansive (and self serving) web of political connections. Her nation is one of the key members of the coalition led by the Empire.
Side Character; A Final Conflict
Hired muscle and veteran of early Corporate conflicts, she is a volatile and wrathful woman, capable of unspeakable deeds. She is cruel, cold, and utterly determined in whatever she has been contracted to do.
How does she fit into the story? She arrives relatively late in A Final Conflict, working for the Empire, and more specifically, Durian, during the last year of the war. She is immediately problematic as she empowers certain factions within the fragile government. She repeatedly mocks Sylvia for losing her arm in war. Perhaps unsurprisingly, she does not survive the collapse of the Empire.
Associated with Durian and Efiefis, while holding rivalries with Sylvia and Alezant.
Minor Character; A Final Conflict
Fun loving and utterly clueless, she is an aristocrat through and through, though her acts of aimless kindness can be perceived as truly generous. She holds herself and others of her station in high esteem. She has a sweet tooth and is well known for her elaborate (and expensive) vacation plans.
How does she fit into the story? Lyra is really little more than set dressing in a handful of scenes during various parts of A Final Conflict. Her family and nation, while involved in the war, are not significant. Her fate after A Final Conflict is unknown.
Closely associated with the Princess Society and certain Empire-affiliated characters such as Ketrya and Isa.
Major Character; A Final Conflict, Burn The World
Wise and motivated, she is a well known pacifist who struggles against a world hell-bent on annihilation. She is outgoing, kind, and has a natural charisma that often sways others to her side. An unsupportive family and a lack of decisiveness lead her to early failures in her life.
Known to frequent beaches, she is a capable surfer and collector of shells. Talented golfer. Has a somewhat bizarre collection of Bells and sometimes listens to bells or chimes over music. Dislikes conflict, she avoids contact sports or overly violent media.
How does she fit into the story? While only a side character in A Final Conflict, she comes back around in Burn The World, particularly the second half. She chairs a group of individuals who oppose Corporate hegemony while also opposing a return to the way the world was before - she is charismatic, well connected, and decisive, having abandoned her pacifist methods in favour of more effective methods.
A close personal friend to Sylvia and Ketrya, she later becomes associated with Dyn, Robello, and James.
Minor Character; A Final Conflict
Member of the Queen's Guard of a nation allied to the Empire, she is a staunch believer in the religious implications of the Final Conflict. She is a woman of many words, often times rambling at length about a variety of subjects. She enjoys a good cup of coffee and has a habit of being messy.
How does she fit into the story? Odessa is barely in the story, appearing in only one or two scenes. She is, as a member of the Queen's Guard, associated (though not close with) Veilla.
Main Character; Burn The World
Pala is a talented young woman from a prolific family from a small, influential, isolationist nation. Her father is a famous cosmonaut and her mother a world reknowned journalist. She was noticed by the elusive and enigmatic government 'Section 4' (foreign affairs and espionage) at an early age and pressed into service. Capable, quirky, and dangerous, Pala is a rising star, willing to do whatever it takes to accomplish her mission.
How does she fit into the story? Pala is assigned to the complicated case file of one Evelyn T (otherwise known as Sylvia H) and becomes embroiled in a complex and dangerous international conflict.
Major Character; The Calamity
Prilla is the youngest and last surviving daughter of a now defeated wealthy businessman and warlord. She fled to the Corporate Cities with large sums of her family fortune, living a very low-profile life. An aspiring painter, she also coaches in tennis. She is well educated, humble, and kind.
How does she fit in the story? Prilla is Evelyn's girlfriend for a few years, and as result is very prevalent in the story.
Side Character; A Final Conflict, Burn The World
Daughter of a wealthy despot, she is a well know socialite and fashionista. She is very judgmental of others, while also being suspiciously critical of herself. Disinterested in world affairs, she keeps herself occupied with philanthropy and media appearances in magazines and occasional film.
How does she fit into the story? Ramella is more of a background character in the early story, though she does become quite prolific in Burn The World due to her close work with Moalla. She is a woman of limited real talent but this does not stop her from being helpful.
Closely associated with many other noble characters, and specifically Moalla and James in Burn The World.
Soena S.
Main Character; A Final Conflict (The Calamity, Burn The World)
Dutiful and deeply conflicted bastard daughter of an Empress and Empire on the brink of total war. A decorated graduate of the Imperial Military Academy, she seeks to atone for the sin of her birth. She is present in A Final Conflict, as well as The Calamity and Burn The World under the pseudonym Evelyn T.
Through her military service, she seeks to regain her mothers honour and to bring glory to her Empire. Despite this, she yearns for freedom from her obligations, and this yearning has garnered her an unfortunate reputation as a promiscuous and self-interested young woman. None, though, can deny her uncanny physical and mental prowess.
Lifelong and avid swimmer, with a short history in competitions. Whimsically drawn to the performing arts such as modelling, photography, acting, and dancing. A skilled martial artist, she is also a certified pilot and diver. Is open minded in her interests, but often only dabbles before moving on to the next thing. Finds a great deal of joy in being the best - also finds a great deal of joy in being bested by the best.
Best friends with Ketrya S, strongly associated with many other characters. Friendly rival of Dienan U.
Eventually marries Pala N.
Evelyn T? How does that work? During the events of A Final Conflict, Sylvia loses her left arm while deployed in the great war. She returns to serve as an officer commanding strategic efforts at headquarters. Events lead to the collapse of the Empire at the end of A Final Conflict, and Sylvia escapes a complex political situation that would have installed her as Empress. For a time she goes by the alias of 'Lady', but assumes the name Evelyn T after traveling in a convoy of survivors alongside Abbigayl. She remains with her true identity hidden until around the middle of Burn The World.
Minor Character; A Final Conflict, The Calamity
A kind and delicate woman forced into service with the Imperial Army. Misplaced in her role, she is an avid reader and despite her shy, sometimes timid exterior, she is incredibly intelligent and willing to trust.
How does she fit into the story? Vachia is a fairly minor character who mostly appears in The Calamity as a political officer working for remnants of the Empire. She doubts herself and her indecisiveness in her role actually benefit characters such as Sylvia and Abbigayl during an encounter with remnant military units.
Closely aligned with other characters from the Imperial army, such as Sylvia, Dienan, Fexol, and Efiefis.
Minor Character; A Final Conflict, Burn The World
Eldest daughter of a southern kingdom aligned with the Empire, she is playful and certainly carries an attitude fitting her station. She is a work hard/play hard type of person, never shying away from her duties while often going overboard in her free time. Known to drink.
How does she fit into the story? Veilla is acting commander of the Queen's Guard of her nation, a ceremonial role. She is the older sister to Sennibar. Unlike other noble characters, she finds herself working on the side of Corporations during Burn The World.
Older sister of Sennibar, well known by other nobles like Sylvia, Ketrya, Moalla, Isa, Lyra and Ramella.
Side Character; A Final Conflict
A popular actress and model, she is graceful and kind. Raised in the limelight, she is weary of close relationships due to people often just seeking her fame or money.
How does she fit into the story? Xeimi's story is perhaps not fully written. During the middle and later stages of A Final Conflict she is Sylvia's girlfriend, though Sylvia perhaps doesn't see it that way at times.
Closely associated with Sylvia, Hamachi, and Ramella.
-Male-
Ahrik D.
Aoka A.
Main Character; A Final Conflict, Burn The World
Oldest son of an immensely poor family in an underdeveloped nation stricken by war, he is a natural fighter and protector, despite lacking training. Strong, smart, and excellent at figuring it out as he goes, he winds his way through the world - fighting, striving, surviving, and coming out better for it. Ultimately has a heart of gold.
How does he fit into the story? He is a conscript soldier in A Final Conflict and is one of the main early perspectives. He does not appear in The Calamity but does reappear as a Main Character in Burn The World, where he now works as a bodyguard and gun-for-hire, working alongside and against many other characters throughout the story.
Known associate of Sylvia, Dienan, Fexol, Sennibar, Durian, and many others.
Devin N.
Major Character; A Final Conflict, The Calamity, Burn The World(?)
Bastard. Little else needs to be said about the man, a genetically enhanced operative with a long history of brutality and effective results. Wrathful and full of hate, he only respects strength. Given his enhanced capabilities, his respect is nearly impossible to come by, though when it does come, his hard edges vanish.
How does he fit into the story? Durian is basically a major and prevalent antagonist. He is a religious warrior of the Empire, his already substantial physical talents modified by quickly banned processes. He repeatedly acts against characters such as Sylvia and those who could be considered forces for good. He continues to find work as a man with no mercy in the later arcs, and his story does not yet have an end.
As a former member of the Empire, he is well known to many Imperial characters such as Sylvia, Alezant, Aoka, Dazzin, and Glara, among others.

NOTES
If this is such a vast and impressive world; why just make sexy anime girls out of it? What a ridiculous question!
Noticing a lot of royal or noble figures? This is intentional and for a couple reasons (I don't have a princess fantasy trust me!);
Many of the principle character that drive the story are aligned with the side of the Empire, which in itself has many nobles, along with its large coalition of autocratic and aristocratic allies.
The story, especially the early stages, is about the cost of dynasty versus the cost of ideology.
Notice a character only appears in one arc? They are probably no longer in the story, either due to changing circumstances or that characters passing.
