Question about creating a specific image of Miranda

I have been trying to create a text prompt of Miranda without much luck. It involves her walking around pretending to be innocent, but her pants pockets are stuffed with money to indicate police bribes. She comes out great, but I can’t seem to have dollar bills sticking out of her pockets no matter how many different text prompts I make ie “money stuffed into her pockets, dollar bills insterted in her pockets, etc”. Any suggestions?
