How do you make a good Fortnite LORA?

I've wanted to make Fortnite LORA for a long time like this or this, but I don't know how ANYONE does it, especially since all the characters are in 3D, so, if you made a Fortnite LORA before, it'd be really nice if you could tell me how you made them.
