Hey guys, sorry I've been a little more lax than I should be at getting my NORMAL amount of stuff out as I've always been quite quick to drop a whole ton of goodies on your lap at once.
Am not seeking empathy/sympathy here - not trying to farm for your buzz here, just letting you know it'll be a little slow again for a while.
My stepfather just suffered a basilar arterial stroke a week or so ago, and he JUST returned home. If you read up on it there's a 70% morbidity rate and the 30% survival usually has an extreme rate of low recovery. Somehow, the nutjob came out NEARLY unscathed - he's got a few minor speech issues here and there, balance issues...
But if you let him he'll run a mile.
And probably still beat me, and he's 72 years of age lol.
Anyways, i've got Altered Carbon Resleeved coming out today, and i'm training Arcane S1/S2 mashup. I've got my eye on some other styles that will either mix between Pony AND illustrious or just the latter. Don't get me wrong here, I still adore PonyXL - but i've been finding some styles take to Illustrious like a fish to water.
Checkpoints? er Full models from me, earth and maybe Angel? -- Depends on if i can get Earth away from FFXIV for five minutes, and it depends on if Angel has the hard drive space or not. From me? - If i can afford to roll a vast or runpod instance soon i'll do more, and maybe even stream it again..
But it may be until after easter, I've got to save up for a copy of Dawntrail for OtnAngel, and considering all the political effects on NZ's economy (i'm not arguing politics just stating the obvious lol).. The NZ dollar to USD is ... well wonky. It's nearly worth HALF of what the US dollar is compared - and I would not be surprised if there's new taxes by the time I have to order the digital copy for him.
Despite all my ups and downs with Civitai's platform, the people who use my content, and y'know - even staff even though we have in the past argued like dysfunctional family.. I've been here over 2 years. I threaten to leave, I run away, i nerf myself in the foot for finances and then I look at myself in the mirror and go: WTF DUSK.
