Civitai will only show a LoRA to non-logged in users (and those on Civitai Green) if the main image post contains at least one PG pic, and will hide it from users if the main post doesn't contain an image within their visible rating range. This is now more important than ever after credit card mandates which restrict a large chunk of visible resources if you have X and XXX visible, so a large chunk of users will have visibility of those disabled at least some of the time.
Now that isn't possible for everything, obviously stuff made for explicit content can't have a clean pic while still accurately portraying the LoRA's contents. For characters that are naturally scantily dressed (or just have their belly button visible), I recommend including a portrait view, so the naughty neckline is not visible, or sticking them in an arbitrary outfit somewhere in the back of the gallery. For concepts that involve nudity without explicit depiction of parts (e.g., poses done by naked person) using a robot as the subject can produce a lower rated image while being quite funny.
