NoobAI | Artist Tag Study
Purpose
In creating my newest merge, BarcMix, I wanted to prioritize flexibility of the model with regards to danbooru tags for artists. NoobAI is a great base that has so much depth in its training when it comes to artist recognition and character recognition, and I wanted to see that shown off a bit. So I prepared this study to see how the artist tags interact with the model. I expect that somewhat similar impacts can be seen across any other NoobAI or most Illustrious models as well, but I used my merge in this case.
Methodology
The files attached to this article include 10 XY plots. Each of the plots begins with a control image, and then has 40 tests. This makes for ~400 artist tags from danbooru tested (I won't say 400 because I'm positive I probably duplicated once or twice). I wanted to highlight a variety of character types, lighting, and styles. I tried to keep things PG-13 for this study, though the prompts for the beach and onsen are sometimes pushing that limit in results. The plots came out way too big to upload here, so you do have compressed versions available to review in the attachments, but the results are clear enough to inform your own further testing with interesting artist tags.
