Go to the Video Generation panel in the Civitai Generator and select Vidu Q1.
Select 'Text to Video' for generating based off a prompt (in either general/realism or animated style)
Select 'Image to Video' for generating based off either a single image (starting image) or two images (starting image and ending image)

Short-form storytelling that runs 10 to 59 seconds. Use the extra breathing room to set up context, build tension, or land a sharper emotional beat while still keeping it snackable.

A full-minute (or longer) cinematic showcase. Develop characters, weave a narrative arc, or experiment with mood and pacing - this is your space for deeper immersion and technical ambition.

📜 Rules
All submitted videos must be created and submitted after the contest start date of May 20th 2025, and before the end date of June 3, 2025, at 23:59 CST (5 Second Clip, 10+ Second Video categories) or June 10, 2025, at 23:59 CST (60+ Second Film category). Previously created videos are not permitted.
Video Submission Limit: Participants may submit up to 10 videos for the contest.
Allowed Video Generation Services: Videos must be created with Vidu Q1 - whether on Civitai or Vidu directly.
5 Second Clip entries should be unedited video files imported from either Civitai or Vidu with no additional editing.
10+ Second Video & 60+ Second Film entries require post-production. Entrants will have to use video editing software to combine clips, add transitions, audio, sound effects, subtitles, or any other creative elements.
"Starter" images for i2v submissions can be made using any model ecosystem (Flux, SD 3.5, SDXL, Illustrious, Pony, etc.) and do not need to be uploaded to the collection, but entries must be made with the Vidu Q1 model and have the appropriate tool tag (Vidu).
All submitted videos must be SFW (PG/PG-13 ratings) and adhere to our Terms of Service.
All submissions must fit within one of the categories: 5 Second Clip, 10+ Second Video, 60+ Second Film
Winners will be selected via Staff-Pick after the closing date, with ViduAI providing the final decision.
Each participant can only win one category in this contest. If you win in one category, you are not eligible to win in another.
Contest manipulation and unfair practices, such as vote purchasing, usage of bot accounts, exploitation of technical vulnerabilities, or any other dishonest attempts to artificially influence results, are strictly prohibited. Participants found engaging in such activities will face immediate disqualification and a permanent ban from the website.
Generation Data Requirement: All winners in the 5-Second Clip category will be required to post their generation data to claim their prize. You can submit videos without prompts and creation information for competitive reasons, but if you are selected as a winner, you must publish that information to claim your prize.
