I don' t know what Civitai is doing but whatever filtration system they have put in place for detecting inappropriate content both dumb and underhanded.
How is it that I can type in a prompt....of which none of the content is dealing with anything inappropriate and out of four renderings, one or two of the images are made successfully while the others are blocked for detection of inappropriate minor content? I would think if the prompt was okay, all four renderings would be fulfilled without issue, as well as if there was something truly wrong with it, none of the renderings would be made. None of this 3/4, 1/2 crap.
Oh, and on top of that, the buzz spent on those images which were blocked are not refunded, so I'm out however much those renders cost to make. Depending on the LoRas used that could be a lot of buzz.
I get covering your ass and making sure users aren't making inappropriate content on here, but this is stupid and flawed, at the very least refund the buzz on blocked images, otherwise it's like putting money into a vending machine and having your candy bar lodged between the glass.
Also someone explain to me how a prompt that features a 21 year old wearing a red bikini poolside is considered inappropriate minor content. This is why I don't worry about future AI overlords ruling mankind, this is not exactly C3PO running things here.,
