TLDR : CivitAI is getting more and more shit and while i might hang around a bit, i will stop posting for now, and there's an 80% chance i'm deleting everything and going to another website.
Greetings to whoever will read this, most probably some of the people following for the NSFW images I post.
I've been on CivitAI for more than a yer now, and I've seen this website progressively get worse and worse.
There used to be a strong sense of community, people donating buzz to each other, wich would often start conversations, now that they divided buzz in two, you can't even donate buzz without paying. I understand locking cosmetics behind a paywall (even though a lot of people got to use free buzz back then), but locking the ability to donate currency to new user in order for them to be able to create more content is fairly stupid.
Recently image gen has also been more and more of a problem, server issues have never been this horrible, making the site, and more specificly image gen, very tedious to use.
More and more images have been force deleted by admins, now today it seems that it's almost a hundred of them out of the blue.
Of course, i've stated some of my complains, making tickets, but you can't expect much besides no answer and deletion of complaint posts on the forum.
I've been generating less and less images because of all these reasons, and if CivitAI continues to throw old users under the bus because they prefer investor money over the old community, well, i guess i'll do the same as all my former CivitAI pals, and leave.
