August 2025 LoRAs, Free Requests, and the Wheel of Fate 🎰

🗓️ One LoRA Per Day – August Is Already Packed

Hey everyone!
Just a heads-up — this month’s LoRA lineup is already fully planned and scheduled. That means you’ll see one LoRA posted every day, like a little daily gacha. 🎉
(The order can be changed, will not follow the order in the image below)

🌀 But Wait... There's Room for Some Requests

Because I’ve finally figured out a smoother upload flow, I think I can sneak in some free requests on the side.
However, since these are free, there are a few conditions:

📌 What Makes a Request Likely to Get Picked:

  1. The character is interesting or fits my personal taste (check my profile to get the vibe).

  2. You provide a decent dataset — at least 15 clean images (HD, no watermarks/subs preferred).

  3. Make sure there isn’t already a solid LoRA of that character in CivitAI.

  4. If you don’t attach a dataset, at least include a link (Fancaps, Banguminbase, etc.) — and if you did, then make sure it's accessible.
If I can’t open it without requesting access, I’ll assume you didn’t share any.

👉 Submit your request via the form linked in my profile, or click here.

🎯 New: The Roulette System – A Fair (and Fun) Way to Pick Free Requests

To keep things balanced and a little chaotic (in the best way), I’m introducing a Roulette System to handle free requests when they start stacking up.

🌀 How It Works:

  • Once I receive 30 or more free requests, that batch becomes the Roulette Pool.

  • I’ll spin a wheel and randomly pick one request from the pool — either once or twice a month depending on my schedule.

  • The winner becomes my next free LoRA project for that month.

  • The rest of the pool stays in place for the next spin — unless I decide to reset the pool (see below).

🔄 What’s a “Reset”?

  • Every few spins (or if the pool gets too stale or bloated), I may clear the list entirely and start fresh.

  • You’ll usually get a heads-up before a reset, so you can resubmit your request if you still want in.

❓ Mini Q&A

Q: Can I submit more than once?
A: Only one request per person in the roulette pool at a time. You can submit again after your request is picked, completed, or reset.

Q: What happens if I win the spin?
A: Your character becomes my next free project, and I’ll move them to the “Queued” or “Scheduled” list (depending on my timeline).

Q: Can I improve my chances of getting picked?
A: Not directly — it’s random! But submitting a good dataset and an interesting character increases the chance I’ll manually pick it before a spin. 😏

Q: Will I be notified if my request is removed during a reset?
A: I’ll likely post a notice before wiping the roulette list, so you’ll know when to resubmit.

Q: Is this the only way to get a LoRA from you?
A: Nope! If you want a 100% guaranteed spot, you can always commission one — starting from 1K Buzz.

🎰 View the Current Roulette Pool

Curious who’s already in the pool?
You can view the current list of requests here:
👉 Open the Roulette Pool Sheet

(This list updates automatically — if you don’t see your name right away, give it a few minutes after submitting.)

📊 Project Tracker & Commission Reminder

I've recently put together a brand new Google Sheet to help me track all of my personal LoRA projects — separate from commission requests and the roulette system.

If you're curious about how I manage character dataset progress, and upcoming uploads, you can check it out here:

🔔 Want to Skip the Roulette?

If you really want a specific character made — without relying on luck, rules, or waiting in line —
I'm open for commissions starting at just 1K Buzz.

💬 Final Notes

  • Free requests are cool, but please remember — there are no guarantees.

  • I prioritize characters that fit my style, mood, and available time.

  • If you're submitting, keep it clean and simple:
A clear dataset, a great character, and a bit of luck — that’s all it takes!
