Before I get to the main point, let me ramble a bit first.
I checked the checkpoint auction yesterday like 10 mins before it ended and, yeah, bids were insane. Before the cut, ~10k Buzz could get you in. Now unless you drop 20k+your checkpoint is basically out. 😱
Trying to “earn” Buzz through checkpoints feels pointless, cuz I’d probably end up spending more than I’d get back. It feels like pouring water into a bottomless jar 🤬
Anyway, that’s enough of my ranting nonsense — let’s get to the main point.
Lately, I’ve been wondering if there’s any LoRA worth making, but I just can’t come up with any ideas.
While checking through the models I had uploaded, I noticed a comment on my Sarah Kerrigan model from StarCraft. Someone was asking for artwork or models that depict that infection scene.
(For those who don’t know — Sarah Kerrigan was originally human, but she was captured by the Zerg and infected, turning her into something no longer human.)
After searching online, I realized there aren’t many resources out there, so making something based on that might be difficult. But it made me wonder if maybe there are people who are actually interested in that kind of concept (you know… the “corruption and body transformation” type of genre).
So before I start working, I’d like to ask: Would a model designed to generate images where a character’s body parts twist, creating an atmosphere of madness and horror — is that the kind of genre only a very small niche would enjoy?
