I spent two weeks testing different node combinations and configurations, going through more than ten versions to reach this result.
The workflow handles most steps automatically — from mask processing and alignment to tone and lighting adjustments — reducing the need for manual editing.
It reconstructs masked areas intelligently, keeping correct proportions and natural blending between head and body.
Skin tone adaptation is still not perfect, especially under mixed lighting, but the workflow now achieves stable, repeatable results that are reliable for production and dataset creation.
