I acknowledge that I, myself, create fan works, often featuring copyrighted characters, and I make an effort to follow the relevant rules. Therefore, I won't take a high-and-mighty stance on this. However, this situation is different: my LoRA was published under my name, with the perpetrator impersonating me and claiming the work as their own. That crosses a line, and I strongly feel this is fundamentally wrong.

Good news. Immediately after posting this article, I began receiving harassment and being 'sticky' stalked. I take that as a sign that I wrote exactly what they didn't want to hear.
The reaction was far too swift, suggesting the article was discovered immediately via the mention of 'SeaArt' in the title. Furthermore, the intensity and persistent nature of the tone indicates the sender is an affiliated party, not just a random user. This strongly confirms that it hit a very sensitive nerve.
Since it's too late once the work is stolen, I strongly recommend implementing this prompt tactic before you become a victim.
There is no need to embed the metadata 100% of the time. The occasional inclusion is actually more effective, as it forces perpetrators to constantly expend effort checking every single file, which wears down their nerves.
