(Update - this is just how I set it up. Look up lora manager for loras and use their workflow templates)
If you have a gtx1080 (8gb vram) and over 16gb of ram, you can make your own generations! Here's how.
First go to this link, it's the github page for ComfyUi. DO NOT install from the main page. You can't use the most up-to-date version if you're on a 10 series. You will not be able to generate images with that version and you will go down a rabbit hole like me trying to fix it (like me)

Once you install it. Use a file extractor like 7zip or Winrar to extract it where you like. I suggest putting it in some sort of SSD. Just faster. Also if you ever want to move the whole folder in the future this way you make a portable ver. This works cause you open ComfyUi via Windows Batch File (BAT) which opens Comfy in your browser as opposed to an app on ur cpu.
Click the run_nvidia_gpu BAT file and Comfy will open! Tadaa~
Now this info you can find out easily on the internet. What I'm here to tell you is that you can run, because everyone else with better GPUs is trying to fix your problems without actually having the problem.
You can run fp16 models... EASILY (FP32 works too but the file size is huge...) I'm running the latest ver. of WAI-Illustrious-SDXL, even though most sources (and Chatgpt) told me to avoid SDXL. The reason why I think it works is because it's a "pruned" version.
To my understanding, what this does is it removes unnecessary burdens that would make it harder for your setup to run. Less data = faster load times.
So don't bother with FLUX, Dev, Schnell or other checkpoints that people suggest for gpu situations such as this. What's most important is that you download the correct version of Comfy for the 10 series gpus.
Attached is my workflow. The more steps the longer. But with 6 loras, and a SDXL checkpoint, I've been able to produce images at around 2 minutes.
You also need to download some other things like "text encoder" and "VAE." I got those when I was trying to figure out which checkpoints I could use from this video. Working for me so far so don't know if there's a better alternative. No need to use the checkpoints he's suggesting though.
