EasyAnySDXL September 2025 QuadRefiner/Upscaler Workflow (ComfyUI)

This is kind of older workflow, for SDXL and Illustrious or really any SDXL model. I used it a lot and it runs great, it's just a bit messy. Theoretically you can set it up anyway and upscale as much as you want, and repurposed for just about anything. I want to put this up here, to give some ideas, because I cobbled it together and tested over time for speed and efficiency, using others' workflows on this site, as well as other sites, like this. The trial and error of learning, may save another some time, if they get something out of it.

A lot of times, building a larger workflows like this, I always struggled with updates in ComfyUI, with things breaking, and especially lag. I finally got it to work smoothly, somehow, with no downside, even today. I still don't know which custom nodes caused it, if that was the problem at the time.

My goal was fast generation, with options for ANYTHING at the right-click of a button, and ready to accommodate ANY SDXL model easily, utilizing Easy nodes. You can download everything through manager, I believe, but maybe not. With Qwen, Chroma etc. there's just not enough time in a day, and I can't remember a month ago, because I really worked on it throughout the year.

It's not perfect, how I left it off, so you may need to tune it, for more advanced user, I guess. Some assembly required. But, I don't use it any more, since moving on to Flux, lately. Well, download at your own peril, basically, and best of luck.

It should work for the most part, I used it many times, in it's present form, to quad refine and really burn images, but you can always copy and paste and add more etc. So it was kind of a learning experience, and I pass it on, to others to learn from too, but don't expect amazing results on it's own.
