🥊 I Didn’t Hear No Bell! Did You? 🦷

TL;DR: I created my first Discord account in January, but now we are a community of 200+ dedicated and incredible creators who are opening our doors a bit more freely to the masses in light of changes. Who knows when the Civitai ship sinks? Let's network and build a community that can weather the storm! 

So... It’s been a rough stretch for us creators on Civitai lately. Policy shifts, paywalls, and generation limitations have altered how many of us work. For many, it's felt flat-out targeted.

This isn't a defense of Civit. The situation is what it is. Wallowing will only get us so far.

Policy changes do not end creativity. They just change where it happens.

As it was with the last bad news, and as it will be with the next,

We’re still here.

We’re still creating.

We’re still building.

We’re not pretending the new Civitai environment is simple. Some tools are now behind memberships, NSFW generation is limited, and creators are being asked to rethink their workflows. But our stance is simple: We move forward. We adapt. And we do it as a community.

Our Discord, The Pig Pen, has now passed 200 members. It’s a gathering point for artists, model makers, and prompters who still believe this space has room to grow. While Civitai remains a valid platform for generation, we have members who use alternative websites that are eager to share their expertise. Other members contribute posts with detailed explanations of tools used for local generation. No matter what your motivation is, you'll find people who care about the future of AI art generation.

Show Me The Buzz!⚡️

We keep things active with regular contests and Yellow Buzz events, supported by the generosity of our community. Last month alone, 25,000 Buzz was awarded in our official monthly event; 15,000 Buzz was donated by a single member. VC Beggar section in the works.

Our SFW sections are thriving, our new creators are stepping up, and our shared goals remain the same, and helping one another keep the spark alive, regardless of what changes come next.
