Civitai resets the day at midnight UTC. This resets the daily buzz earnings cap, and is when your generation buzz earned is given (if you're a LoRA maker) as well as some misc stuff like leaderboards. If you're in the US and used to Civitai's reset being at a particular time, remember that the next one will be an hour off from what you're used to.
Edit: Also most of Canada, and parts of Caribbean. Had I realized last week I wound have had an article saying that European countries with it changed last week.
Civitai Quick Tip: US DST ends in less than 12 hours. Civitai time is UCT and does NOT adjust
