This December, I’m bringing a bit of warmth, softness, and anime magic to your feed with Advent CalenGirl — a 24-day illustrated Advent calendar.
Every day until Christmas, a new girl appears — cozy, cute, and full of seasonal charm — drawn in a penciled anime style that blends simplicity with emotional depth. Big up to @comicmonkey and his wonderful Lora Rakugakingu.

The whole series follows a soft pencil anime aesthetic — warm lighting, textured shading, and a handmade touch that feels nostalgic and tender.
The goal is to capture not just winter scenes, but the feeling of December: comfort, anticipation, and a little sparkle of magic.
