FameGrid Qwen LoRA: Workflow 1.0 for Realistic Social Media Image
Introduction
Welcome to the first release of FameGrid Qwen LoRA – a specialized fine-tune designed to bring hyper-realistic, polished social media influencer aesthetics to your AI generations. Built on top of Qwen-Image (e.g., using models like qwen_image_bf16.safetensors), this LoRA was trained on a meticulously curated dataset of natural, confident poses, clean compositions, and modern lighting from high-quality influencer photos. The result? Stunning, lifelike images perfect for lifestyle content, product shots, virtual photography, and more.
About the Workflow
This workflow streamlines the generation process, incorporating model loading, sampling, and post-processing for optimal results. It's designed for users with ComfyUI setups and handles everything from latent image creation to final image enhancement.
Key Workflow Components
Model Loading:
UNET Loader: Loads the base Qwen-Image model (qwen_image_bf16.safetensors). For lower VRAM setups, switch to the GGUF variant (qwen-image-Q6_K.gguf) via the UnetLoaderGGUF node – a great option if you're not on high-end hardware.
CLIP Loader: Uses qwen_2.5_vl_7b_bf16.safetensors for text encoding, set to "qwen_image" type.
VAE Loader: Employs qwen_image_vae.safetensors for decoding latents into images.
LoRA Integration:
First, a LoraLoaderModelOnly node applies Qwen-Image-Lightning-8steps-V2.0.safetensors at 0.9 strength for faster inference.
Then, the Power Lora Loader (rgthree) node stacks the core Famegrid_Qwen_Lora_Standard_V1.safetensors at 1.1 strength. This is where the magic happens – adjust here if your outputs need more realism.
Resolution and Latent Setup:
FluxResolutionNode and EmptySD3LatentImage: Configured for flexible resolutions like 1:1 (1328x1328 by default). A handy note in the workflow lists presets:
1:1 (1328x1328)
16:9 (1664x928)
9:16 (928x1664)
4:3 (1472x1140)
3:4 (1140x1472)
3:2 (1584x1056)
2:3 (1056x1584)
Use the Int nodes to tweak width/height dynamically.
Prompting and Conditioning:
CLIP Text Encode (Positive): Feed in long, detailed prompts here. The workflow has an empty positive prompt by default – fill it with descriptive text (e.g., "IGMODEL, a confident young woman in a stylish outfit posing naturally in a modern cafe, soft natural lighting, high detail, realistic skin texture").
CLIP Text Encode (Negative): Pre-filled with: "cinematic, (airbrushed skin, plastic skin, waxy skin, wax sculpture:1.15), glossy finish, uncanny anatomy, shallow depth of field, cinematic bokeh, blurred background, (overexposed, blown out highlights:1.25)."
Tip from Workflow Notes: This LoRA thrives on verbose prompts (800+ characters). Use an LLM like Grok to expand simple ideas into rich descriptions.
Decoding and Post-Processing:
VAEDecode: Converts latents to images.
FastLaplacianSharpen: Applies 0.3 strength sharpening.
ProPostFilmGrain & FastFilmGrain: Use one or the other, helps with realism and skin texture.
Additional Notes in Workflow:
GGUF for low VRAM.
LoRA sensitivity: Venture far from training data? Increase strength.
CFG/W weights: Low CFG pairs with low weights; high CFG needs higher weights.
Sampler tweaks: Beta scheduler for speed, but experiment.
This workflow is plug-and-play – import it into ComfyUI, load your models/LoRAs, and generate. It's optimized for realism, but feel free to tweak nodes like sampler steps or LoRA strength based on your hardware.
Recommended Settings
Trigger Word: IGMODEL (include in positive prompt for best results).
Model Flow: 2 (as in ModelSamplingAuraFlow).
Sampler: res_2s (or euler as in workflow).
Scheduler: SGM UNIFORM (or beta57 for faster speed).
CFG Scale: 1-4 (1 recommended for natural realism; higher for prompt adherence).
LoRA Weight: 1.0-2.0 (start at 1; boost if realism fades).
Steps: 8-20 (workflow defaults to low for speed).
Resolution: Square or portrait-oriented for influencer vibes.
Who Is This For?
FameGrid Qwen shines with:
Lifestyle & Influencer Photos: Natural poses, clean lighting.
Product Shots: Human-centered, polished aesthetics.
AI Character Design: Virtual models with social media flair.
Content Creation: Quick, high-quality social posts.
If your prompts align with modern, confident, real-world imagery, this LoRA delivers.
Help Us Improve & Get Premium Access
This beta works well, but the final version needs more epochs, higher-res training, and larger LoRA ranks – all of which require GPU time. Your feedback here on CivitAI is invaluable!
