Happy New Year!
Obligatory happy wishes post and a small ramble!

May good things come to you after the heavens have turned. ♥

It’s been about six months since I started posting and engaging on Civitai, and I figured this was a good moment to look and reflect on it.

When I started, I didn’t really have a long-term plan. I was mostly experimenting. Learning how different checkpoints behaved, figuring out what kinds of prompts actually translated into consistent results, and slowly understanding what my taste was instead of just copying what performed well. Most of that early time was messy. A lot of trial and error. A lot of “why does this look great once and then never again.” But that process taught me something important: consistency matters more than peak output.

In that time I created just under a handful of gay LoRA's. Not because it was trendy, but because it felt underserved and technically interesting. There's a myriad of challenges to overcome especially since regular hetero content fills up the space so much there's a good chance without proper prompt guidance, you'll end up with a girl in your scene, despite never asking for it. The other issue is that - adjacent to the first - that there's simply not a lot of content to learn from, if you put it up against the absolute wall of hetero and intersex content available.

Don't get me wrong, there's NOTHING wrong with the content. I just feel like it's a niche!

In retrospect, I think the performance of my LoRA's to be alright. Would've hoped for more, but honestly quality over quantity. I’m not aiming to chase trends or pump out constant releases. I’d rather build things slowly, test them properly, and make content that’s useful both visually and technically.

If you’ve been following, liking, downloading, or just lurking quietly, thank you. And if you’re new: welcome. There’s more coming, just realize it's not going to be a floodgate of content.

I also did a sneaky name change, so..

My name is Korozu. Thank you so much for reading this and here's to a creative 2026!
