I noticed that a model I published earlier today has zero downloads and likes. I looked at some other model pages published today and found that most of them also had the same stats: zero downloads, zero likes, zero generations.
Thus I thought it must be a bug and reached out to support.
I got a response some time after:

Thank you for reaching out to Support! I apologize for the inconvenience and any concern this has caused you. There is a known issue where model metrics are not updating, and you are not the only impacted user.
Our Development Team is aware of this issue and will push an update for this fix. Please note that we've marked this task as 'Urgent', so the Developers will resolve this bug as soon as they can, ensuring that metrics are accurately reflected again.
I appreciate your patience and understanding, and I'm so sorry again about the inconvenience!

Just wanted to let you know, in case you were wondering what happened.
EDIT1: Issue seems to be partially resolved, since downloads, likes and generation numbers are now displayed on the model version card, but overall downloads number is not updated.
EDIT2: Seems like I was too fast assuming they might have fixed it partially. Some models' numbers are updated after some time, but others are not. And nobody can tell if they are correct.
EDIT3: So this particluar problem has been solved since yesterday as much as I can tell. Hopefully it will last.
EDIT4: And the issue is there again.
EDIT5: For a week or so I have not seen models with 0 download stats, so I guess this has been resolved (24.01.2026).
