"TeenGirlMix XL" - I've semi obfuscated the URL because it is indeed against ToS here at CivitAI, and i'm not trying to share the item to get anyone "EXCITED" - i'm trying to warn about the content.

It's against Stable Diffusion ToS, it's largely against MOST sites ToS.

I'm not talking the wholesome pics that are on an SDXL model that are for general realism, tho are within THISSPECIFICSITEWHICHIMNOTPROPERLYNAMING 's ToS for the most part, there's nothing INHERITLY WRONG with those - it'd be against CivitAI ToS yes - but differentiating sites - inclusive of midjourney have different ToS.

Do i want THISSPECIFICSITEWHICHIMNOTPROPERLYNAMING to FAIL?

Let's not make this a "DOG PILE ON THISSPECIFICSITEWHICHIMNOTPROPERLYNAMING AND MAKE EVERY CREATOR LEAVE" - they supposedly have "10 million users" I don't know if that's the discord or otherwise, but the issue isn't just their staff it's the userbase, you go in and you report the NSFW and underage IN PUBLIC without a ticket open - and their users whine it's REALLY LEGAL AND TOTALLY SAFE and every country lets you make CSAM out in the open. (I've had this argument like 10 times in THISSPECIFICSITEWHICHIMNOTPROPERLYNAMING 's discord - staff don't do anything)

So yea, hats off to CivitAi for having a reasonable moderative system.

TensorArt has literal CSAM on it, and people are gladly getting paid to be on there.

And yes, CSAM and underage content is still illegal in China and Japan.

Especially if it's photorealistic :)

I went back and screenshot what i could because I knew that crap was still exclusive, and it's still there, the link above still works (albiet y'know change the coded numbers to letters)

And to you fellow colleagues: I'm not disrespecting you for staying and earning funds, i get othe countries have "DIFFERENT VIEWS" to a point, but to which I say: "most of this shit's illegal"

Not only that but their tax verification system was dodgy, dangerous and actually illegal for anyone.

Do not, and I REPEAT ever -- EVER give away yoru personal bank details, international router number or anything like that to anyone other than your damn bank.
