After that, I’ll lean more into manga (and likely pornhwa) — especially the side characters I’m obsessed with bringing to life.

🌱 Intro — Finding a Better Pace
I wouldn’t say I suddenly became ultra-productive or anything dramatic like that.
But ever since I started using my own app for dataset preparation and workflow management, things have felt… smoother.
It helps me stay organized, reduce friction, and avoid burnout. I’m not rushing — I’m just moving at a better pace. And honestly, that alone feels really good.
It also gives me a small mood boost. When the workflow feels clean and structured, I feel more motivated to keep going.
So if you’ve noticed a steadier upload rhythm lately, that’s the reason 🙂

I want to clarify something important here. This appreciation is not just about last month.
It’s about the cumulative support I’ve received over at least the past four months, especially during the period when I was busy and couldn’t upload as many LoRAs as usual.

📅 March Plan — What I’ll Be Working On
March (and likely the following months) will follow a structured roadmap.
🏁 Phase 1 — Finish Series Kuma Kuma Kuma Bear Collection
My first priority is completing the remaining characters from Series Kuma Kuma Kuma Bear.
Since there's so much interesting side characters in that series, I feel the need to cover all of them.
ALL. OF. THEM.
If you follow me from the start, you should know how freak I am when covering side characters. I mean look at my SKET Dance collection and see it for yourself. Pudding-chan? Obaa-nyan? Dudun-dun-dudun's Wife? Am I using random words generator or something XD
🔄 Phase 2 — Finish Previously Started Series
I also have several series that I began but never fully completed. Those will be revisited and finalized.
You see, I have some kind of attention issues where I can't focus on one thing for a long time. That's why back then I like to jumping from one series to another.
So.., if you’ve been waiting for characters from older uploads — this is good news.
🎬 Phase 3 — Cover Some Anime Titles
After the previous phases, I plan to cover two~three anime series that I’ve been interested in for a while. These anime are should be niche, nobodies really care that much, so it will feels like I'm making bunch of side characters. Or at bare minimum, there's no good lora of them, so I'll make it myself.
However…
There’s an important reason why this might be the last wave of anime coverage for a bit.
🔁 Strategic Shift — Leaning Back Into Manga (and Probably Pornhwa)
After I finish the current anime roadmap, I’ll be shifting direction a bit.
Instead of continuing to chase more anime titles — especially when many creators are already covering the same ones — I’ve decided to lean back into what originally started my journey.
That means focusing more on manga characters, and most likely diving deeper into pornhwa territory as well.
To be honest, we already have jose9967729568 in this community — and he’s genuinely a blessing when it comes to manhwa characters paradise. The quality and consistency there are already amazing. So rather than overlapping too much in the same lane, I’d rather complement the space in my own way.
But there’s also something more personal behind this shift.
I need to remind myself that I’ve always loved side characters. I’m super into them. The overlooked ones. The ones with small screen time but memorable presence. The ones nobody trains.
Bringing them into this world in the form of a LoRA — that’s what originally excited me.
Having a complete collection is satisfying, yes. But sometimes… I just don’t feel the urge to complete everything. And forcing it kills the motivation.
So instead of chasing completion for the sake of it, I want to follow that spark again.
Expect me to focus more on manga (and likely pornhwa) characters — especially side characters — for the time being after I'm done with my phases.

Those two series are personal favorites, so they’ll continue receiving occasional releases.
⚠️ Important Reminder — Model Visibility & Filters
Before browsing my collection, please make sure to:
✅ Turn OFF your X / XXX filter first.There’s a high chance you might miss some models otherwise, since I do tend to have a few “super petite” releases that get filtered automatically.
Some models may not even appear on the list if your filter is active.
After you’re done checking the full collection, you can turn the X / XXX filter back on if you want to see the juicier images (if any 😉).
Just don’t forget that first step — I’d hate for you to miss something unintentionally.

I updated it so the steps and structure now match my current generation settings, and I added more notes + extra details that I didn’t include before.
It should feel more consistent with what I’m doing right now — and hopefully saves you some trial-and-error too.
📝 WIP Article — “How I Prepare My Dataset” (Coming Late March)
I’m also working on a new article about how I prepare my dataset.
Right now it’s around 70% done, and I’m expecting to finish it by the end of March.
The goal is simple:
Share how I personally prepare my dataset
Explain the workflow I’m currently using (step-by-step, not vague theory)
Open it up for discussion, so we can talk about it and I can improve my method over time
But honestly… the biggest reason is also selfish in a funny way~
I want it to be my own notes — something I can come back to later and instantly remember my process, so I don’t forget anything important when I’m deep into production mode.
