Holy crap
A whole year since The Battle of Nacarath.
A year
Wild. I have debated, at times if I should do something to "improve" it. But I decided Nacarath is good enough, it was very train of thought because I wanted to try a new writing style I hadn't before with it— to try shifting perspectives on the fly and weaving a narrative that would tie directly into the pro and epilogues.
My only regrets are— that I rushed the ending a bit due to a migraine during the final draft (it was like a 16 hour writing binge and the last bit of the final draft I developed a bad headache), and that, in hindsight, I didn't wait a VERY short time for what is now my main workflow in GPT. But hindsight is 20/20 and all.
Obviously TLB has been on a semi hiatus while my focus has been on NEXUS more, though I've done lots of ancillary work on TLB— characters, small story bits on the back end and the like and set the groundwork for future projects.
I wasn't sure what to really say here since honestly the project has such a special place in my heart and I love it so much— and so why I have taken so long to update it is I feel like I really need to do it right when I do, yeah?
Anyways, yeah this was scatterbrained but it snuck up on me— wow. Cheers mates, and here's to more.
