A System Based on Likability
CIVITAI is a community of people. Every initiative (Covers, Bounties, and Challenges) chooses you based solely on likability: there are no automatic reward mechanisms. If the person running the initiative likes you, you win the prize, regardless of the technical quality of your creations. Sometimes, you might even be chosen just to fuel pointless debates.
I'm about to adopt the same approach. Every time 500 pieces of content are generated using my LoRA models, I will choose one person to receive 500 yellow BUZZ. The prize will go to whoever created the image that holds the deepest meaning for me—the most emotionally beautiful among all those made with my models. No one will be excluded upfront: even if you criticize me, you won't be cut off from the selection.
The images chosen and rewarded will be only PG and PG13. I create exclusively family-friendly content, and I'd like my users to do the same. I'll provide many ready-to-use prompts, perfect for experimentation.
When I award the prize, I'll create a special page dedicated to the winners, featuring their winning images. Additionally, I'll create a special collection to gather them, and each image will be accompanied by a custom-written phrase.
Don't beg for yellow BUZZ. Create with what you have, whether for personal use or to share on the platform. Why waste time asking for unearned resources? It won't make you better.
PS: I've noticed that Likes and reactions to main images have disappeared or decreased. Ask yourselves why.
