※子供を使ったポルノがだめなのは十分理解できますが、だからといって子供のような絵自体を全て規制の対象にするのは断固反対です。それはもう見る側の問題ですし、"表現行為”自体を規制するのと同義だと思います。（あくまで"規制"に対する私見ですので、現状存在するルールを守る守らないは別の話。）
"CHIBI" censored!?
最近、CHIBI（ディフォルメされた子供風のキャラを出すタグ）等の絵に対するCivitaiさんの規制がきつくなっています。NSFW（エロ）かどうか、また、そのレーティングに関係なく。
検閲方法として、アップはできるのですが、XやXXXのレーティングの表示を許可しているアカウントからは見えなくなることがよくあります。この場合警告もありません。（エロ要素があるととFlagged for reviewとなることが多い）あまりエロとか関係ないかも。知り合いは、これを"グリーン送り"といっていました。（面白い表現なので拝借。）
"グリーン送り"になるとフィードに乗らなくなるので（正しくはフィードには載ってるけれど隠されている状態ですね。）他の人はアダルトコンテンツを許可しているとその存在も気づかないようになります。
xレーティングを許可したまま、直接URLからモデルを見ようとすると、
"Model not available with current settings
This model is hidden when adult content filters are on. Disable X/XXX to view it."
と表示されます。
画像に関してはURLを直接入れるとそのまま見えるようですが（見れない場合もあるようです）、イメージフィードに乗らないので、サイレントバンのような状態になります。こうなると見て貰える可能性が激減します。（意識して見ないとほぼ誰も見ないと言ってもいいくらい。）
CHIBIというプロンプトで判断してるのかなとも思いましたが、そうではなく、アップロード時に画像自体をAIが判定してるようです。ですのでCHIBI風が全て"GREEN送り"かというとそうでもなく結構曖昧です。レーティングも関係なく、NFSWだからダメというわけでもなさそうです。また、"グリーン送り"は警告もなく執行されるので、
何がだめで、何が許されるのか、そしてその結果どうなっているのかが、非常にわかりにくい。
もう少しどうにかならんかと思うところです。

追記
試した結果のわたしの理解ですが、投稿時のAI判定アルゴリズムには2種類あると思います。
・一つは"flagged for review".これは、前からよくあって、TOSに違反していると思われる（AIがそう思う）ものに適応され、モデレーターさんに連絡がいって、その人の判断により、投稿が許可されるのか もしくは却下されるか決まります。それまでは他の人には全く見えない状態になります。
・もう一つはここでいう"グリーン送り" これは即座に投稿されますが、上記にも書いたようにX関連の設定により隠されます。（投稿者自信も設定でXをonにしていると見えない。）
画像を投稿したときにAIにより、この2つのどちらかに当てはまるのか、もしくは両方なのか判断されていると思います。
もうcivitai グリーンがなくなっちゃったから ブルー送り といったほうが良いのかな(笑
*While I fully understand why child pornography is unacceptable, I strongly oppose regulating all depictions of children. That's a matter for the viewer, and I believe it's tantamount to regulating "expressive acts" themselves. (This is purely my personal opinion on "regulations," so whether or not to follow the existing rules is a separate issue.)
"CHIBI" censored!?
Recently, Civitai's censorship of CHIBI (a tag featuring stylized, child-like characters) and similar images has become stricter, regardless of whether they are NSFW or their rating.
As a censorship method, uploads are still possible, but the content often disappears from accounts that allow X or XXX ratings. In this case, there's no warning. (NSFW content often results in "Flagged for review"). It may not be very relevant. An acquaintance called this "Greened." (I borrowed this because it's an interesting expression.)
When content is "Greened," it disappears from the feed, so if adult content is allowed, its existence goes unnoticed.
When trying to view a model directly via URL with x-rating filter on, the following messages appear regarding the model:
"Model not available with current settings
This model is hidden when adult content filters are on. Disable X/XXX to view it."
Regarding images, while they appear directly when the URL is entered, ( it may not be viewable in some cases).they don't appear in the image feed, resulting in a silent ban. This drastically reduces the chances of them being viewed. (It's safe to say almost no one will see them unless they're actively looking for them.)
I initially thought it might be judged by the "CHIBI" prompt, but it seems the AI is judging the image itself during upload. Therefore, it's not the case that all "CHIBI-like" images are "sent to GREEN"—it's quite ambiguous. Ratings don't seem to matter, and it's not necessarily the case that NFSW is the problem. And, Since "Greened" is executed without warning,
It's very difficult to understand what's acceptable, what's not, and what the consequences are.
I wish there was a better way to handle this.

Addendum
Based on my testing, I believe there are two types of AI review algorithms used during posting.
* One is "flagged for review." This has been common for a while and applies to posts that the AI deems to violate the Terms of Service. A moderator is notified, and their decision determines whether the post is approved or rejected. Until then, it remains completely invisible to others.
* The other is what I'm referring to here as "Greened." Greened post is published immediately, but as mentioned above, it's hidden by X-related settings. (It's also invisible if the poster has X enabled in their settings.)
I believe that when you post an image, the AI determines whether it falls into one of these two categories, or both.

こんなこと言ったら身も蓋もないんですけど、児ポ云々とかってのは建前というか言い訳というかそんな気がするんですよね。要するに一般にAIでエロなんか作らせたら、儲けが減るから潰してしまえってことじゃないかと。だからCIVITAI さんがいくら誠意をみせて、従う態度を見せたところで、規制は解除されない。実際どんどんきつくなってますね。
まぁそんなことはシビタイの中の人もわかってんでしょうけど。良いサービスを提供してて、お金を払う意志のある人がたくさんいるのに商売がなりたたないって、ひでーなぁ。
割と真面目に怒られた。児童ポルノに対する感覚って日本はかなり緩い方なのかなぁと思いました。
Redが導入されましたが、グリーン送りになっていた画像は CIVITAI.COMで表示されているようです。
