So as much as I can tell model notifications work again as they should. Seems like this commit on the civitai github fixed it. This has really been bothering me, so thanks to manuelurenha fixing it.
For those of you who did not notice: For more than the last two weeks notifications for newly published or updated models did not reach most of the people following a creator.
So if you want to know what your favourite model (or LoRA) creators have been publishing the last two weeks, visit their profiles directly (or look at the model section, select "newest" and "followed" and scroll down a lot).
Unfortunately notifications about models published during the last two weeks are not being sent again it seems, so here is what I have been publishing in the last 7 days, if you are interested:
