Edit(2025/10/26): Still Not dead and still busy. I have the datasets for Yohko, Reiko and Ayako. actually finished the first pass for yohko but i need to stabilize her hair rings, the first iteration work but so so. And well with work being hectic i haven't had the time or will power to poke at the dataset for a V2. Mostly adding some synthetic images so it knows what to do.
Random Stuff
Made a backup of my crap if someone is interested in a less cooked epoch i dumped EVERYTHING in there. Well not the datasets as i fear I might get sued someday even if I claim fair use and research purposes. https://huggingface.co/KNXO/ModelBackup
At some point i may drop to one lora every two weeks depending on my motivation. As always it is liable to change if I start chasing pretty lights(boobs i mean boobs).
BTW am I the only one who thinks the Ranma reboot and Rurouni Kenshin reboots look like ass? The character design is over softened, rounder and simplified, the animation is more fluid but the character design and color palette hurt my eyes.
If you want to request a dora version of any of LORA you can do it here, the retraining is trivial and I can reuse the dataset, only thing taking time is the test images and publishing.
Also does someone knows a good place to dump a boatload of unsorted test images? I used to zip them, make a burnable account of proton mail to make a new mega account and dump everything there then publish a link. Honestly as they are test images only about 60% are good, the rest are mostly bad hands and anatomical abominations. I could lower the amount a lot if i took time to delete bad images but "ain't nobody got time for that". So right now i am just hoarding them.
What is this?
Just my bucket list of to do stuff, it is not in any particularly order. It is liable to change if i find a good doujin that moves my heart or makes my blood pump... into another body part. Do be warned, I don't do commissions nor fulfill requests as this is strictly my hobby.
Do feel free to suggest characters of the busty variety if you want, mostly in case i am forgetting someone interesting. You are extremely likely to be ignored, but as the saying goes "Tis Better to have loved and lost than never to have loved at all". Also do try to refrain from suggesting characters with half a dozen LORAs already made.
Normally i try to make my LORA as flexible as possible which involves between 150-400 images for the datasets. If you wonder why i am only able to do a lora a week, that's the reason. Most "speed" LORA are made with as few as 20 images but they often get a bit rigid and it's not an approach i like too much.
