A month and a half after this incident, I got not one, but TWO images rejected by Daily Challenge today!
I went to see what happened, and I was not prepared for the high impact violence that hit my eyes. If you can stomach it, feast your eyes on the paragon of degeneracy that is a catgirl in a sailor shirt with German military symbols (and only that sailor shirt) dripping fluid everywhere! If you're not full yet after that, here's a woman wearing (only) socks!

Edit: Its been fixed. Also noticed some other images in the post have weird (but non-explicit) label results. Wonder why it seems a woman in there.
