Under https://civitai.red/ecosystems/ and, more importantly, linked under the base model part of a LoRA's information there's now primers for each ecosystem. At present these are all machine made, and seem to have been made for SEO purposes more than user use, but I do think it's a reasonable step to explaining these concepts to a new user who wanders in and has no idea what they're looking at. I think the comparison sections is missing an obvious buzz cost field since Civitai has "default" settings and it should be easy to give a reasonable example just by basing it off those.
Original: I just noticed the base model names on a model page's version info have a hyperlink that takes you to a short summary of and pros of the base models. I just noticed it, but am not sure its new. I think they're a welcome feature in any case.
