civitai's on-site training troubles (& any configs for krea-2??)

I've been trying to train several LoRas for the past few days to test the on-site generator. But they all turn out badly, blurry, or as if they didn't even get trained... nothing. It's more noticeable with Krea, which, in my local and other sites, trains at less than 1000 steps (1000 steps, 3/5 epochs). So I was wondering if it was me or the generator, or if i just needed guiding soo here i am. so, if anyone could lend me some help, guides, or exact parameters lol. i also always get confused between checkpoints vs epochs. im soo used to the old training man
