TLDR: I will never set licensing fees on my models, and you will not be charged extra for using my LoRAs. If you would like to support me, you can do so through my website, Fiverr, or SubscribeStar.
First of all, I want to make it clear that the recent changes CivitAI introduced for creators will not negatively affect you when using my LoRAs. I will not add licensing fees, early access, or anything else that would require you to pay more just to use them.
I currently do not plan on adding cosmetics either, although that might change at some point since cosmetics would not negatively affect your ability to use the models themselves.
I also want to point out that I completely understand why CivitAI is introducing these options, and I think they could be a good way to incentivize more people to create LoRAs, checkpoints, and other resources.
Personally, however, I am not a fan of the change. I always thought that CivitAI stood for openly available models and resources rather than this kind of gatekeeping. These new options also make it much easier for creators to introduce licensing fees that make your stomach turn. It has only been one day, and I have already seen this happen on multiple models, which is honestly baffling to me.
So, I want to make my position clear, both now and for the future: my LoRAs do not and will not ever have licensing or download fees.
I do this because I have fun creating them, and I genuinely enjoy seeing you enjoy my work. My goal is to give you a “:)”, “:o”, “:]”, “:3”, or “:D” expression - not an “{$_$}” expression (I don't know. I must be drunk or something. Please don't ask me about the smileys, lmao).
Most of you already know this, but I also have my own website, built specifically to offer things that CivitAI does not provide.

If you would like to support me financially, there are several options available through my website, but I especially recommend commissioning a LoRA. That is the part of this work I enjoy the most: creating something specifically for you and making sure it turns out exactly the way you imagined it.
That is also the reason my commissions are so affordable, despite the amount of work I put into the models and everything surrounding them. As long as I can afford to spend so much money on this hobby (the monthly electricity bill is hitting like a truck), I would rather make custom LoRAs accessible to more people than charge absurd amounts simply because I can.
