In addition to "Everyone" and "Followed" you can now filter by "New and upcoming". Not sure of exact criteria used. Seems to only list New Master Generator leaderboard members?
For images, it seems dominated by attractive (or outright lacking clothes) photorealistic women right now when sorted by anything other than most reactions and most comments, and always when having non-SFW visible. Need a way to filter only photorealistic and buzz beggers board for this to be useful IMO.
I think it's totally unusable for models right now though: Since we've had a few new ecosystems within the "new" timeframe, it's dominated by basic support stuff for these new ecosystems rather than unique creation. This may be better once such a first wave has passed and may not necessarily need adjustments.
