An update was pushed earlier today https://github.com/civitai/civitai/commit/955dd5aac9afa61f67216145c026cd42791f3866 making it so that scheduled posts grant their reward for your first post of the day when they go live instead of when you click the schedule button.
Edit: I can confirm this is working. I scheduled a post at 0030 UTC for 1331 UTC and received the buzz at 1331.
