Those of you still participating in the auctions may have noticed that for the coming wee there are only 10% as many slots for checkpoints up for auction. This looks to be because the checkpoint auctions are changing to a similar system as when full checkpoint coverage was first tried. Last week and this week an auction winner could still be evicted due to disuse, but would have free boost loading the next time someone went to load it( although I'm unsure that happened to any of the winners). Starting at the end up the current auction winners plus the top 20 earning checkpoints will no longer be able to be evicted at all for the week. Although they still have not updated the "Perks of winning" popup to reflect this. Have fun fighting over the top 100 slots 🙃.
