Today I tested LCM for images and works well.
The Latent Consistency Model (LCM) are new and you need to upgrade to version 1.12.1 or above.
To maximize the potential of the LCM sampler, it is recommended to:
Opt for Euler A / Euler / LCM sampler (although other samplers can be explored through additional experiments).
Implement LCM LoRA for enhanced performance.
Utilize a low CFG denoising strength, ideally within the range of 1-2.
I will test LCM with 3 differente way:

1) Generate an image
Positive prompt:

You will need to install DV_MARIA_VICIOUS and HighLeg Panties
and of course LCM_LoRA_Weights_SD15

The quality is really good and was very fast to generate with a resolution of 512x768, 4 steps and 1 CFG.
Adding Hires.REs the speed slow down.
With my Nvidia 3060 card I was able to generate 12 images in less of 15 seconds
