you first want to shape the head make sure you kind of have a pointy chin.
you also wanna make long,flowy hair [I forgot how to spell it lol] and make sure you have the necklace and everything else
you want to make sure shes wearing a sailor outfit or else it isn't her. she wears a sailor outfit with a big bow.
you wanna make sure that she also has earrings. sailor moons earings are brown.
you also wanna make bunched up sleeves [like when you roll your sleeves up] kinda like in the picture
you wanna make a skirt make it not that long.
next add the face make sure you only add the bottom lip not the top [kinda like tsuyori kanao]
add eyes make the top eyelid first to be more success full
your done!
