Here at Civitai, we're excited to announce the start of Daily Challenges, beginning with World Morphs.
For those who love other categories like characters, ponies, or other themes, don't worry—we'll get to those eventually too!
Setting up the Daily Challenge will require a bit of development time. In the meantime, we're calling on all World Morphers, both old and new, to help us fill up our Official World Morph Challenge collection!

What is a World Morph?
A World Morph is a LoRA designed to transform your images according to a specific theme. There are many of these on the site and if you're not familiar with one you can check out some various ones here x x x x
How Do I Create a World Morph LoRA?
I don't want to claim to be an expert on the subject (feel free to correct me or add additional ways in the comments!), but I've made a few myself and this is how I've created mine.
Head over to ChatGPT and then use this prompt (or whatever prompt you want!):
"Hello there! You are a World Morph image creating expert! For example, imagine a World Morph made out of [strawberries]. When you use these images to train a LoRA, it applies a [strawberry] theme to your images. This means you can generate a variety of [strawberry]-themed images, such as a [strawberry] house, a [strawberry]-themed cat, or even a dragon made out of [strawberries]. Essentially, World Morphs will allow you to infuse your generated images with creative thematic elements. Taking this in mind, to start off my dataset will you please generate me an image of a dragon made out of [strawberries]. The image should be digital art, beautiful and fantasy"
Awesome! He made me a Strawberry Dragon! This is what I asked next: Great! Thank you! Can you make me an image in the same exact theme of a high heel shoe
After you've accumulated at least 25-35 images, then just caption your dataset and train it.

How Will Daily Challenges Work?

While the Daily Challenge game is still in early development and subject to change, here's a high-level overview of how we envision it:
Game Setup:
We will select a World Morph from the Official World Morph collection using a weighted approach.
A user who has submitted a World Morph will be chosen.
A World Morph from that user will be featured for the challenge.
An AI judge will be assigned for the day (more details to come on this later).
Game Presentation:
The selected World Morph will be highlighted in a Challenge Callout within the Generation Panel onsite.
A dedicated World Morph Contest Collection will be featured on the homepage for that day's challenge.
A page will list all prior challenges, with links to the contest collections and showcases of the winning entries.
Game Play:
The challenge will run for 24 hours.
Participants must create and submit a set number of unique images using the World Morph to the contest collection, ensuring all content is safe for work (PG rating).
Prizes:
Participants who complete the challenge will earn rewards.
The AI judge will select top entries, which will receive additional recognition and prizes.
The creator of the featured World Morph will also receive rewards and a special content frame for their contribution.

As we work on developing the Daily Challenge game system, we need your help to fill up the World Morph Challenge collection with a variety of World Morphs! Please remember, that this is still in very early development, and details may change as we refine the concept. For everyone who participates in adding to our collection, you will be receiving a participation badge as well as the chance to get your LoRA featured as the Daily Challenge for the day!
How to Enter
Simply post your World Morph LoRAs to the World Morph collection.
Follow the Collection by clicking the blue +Follow button on the above collection page.
You'll then be able to click the blue plus ( + ) sign, to upload your submissions to the Contest collection.

Rules
All LoRAs submitted must be World Morph LoRAs and must be added to the collection by August 9th, 2024, at 23:59 CST.
All LoRAs must be SFW-themed; no explicit NSFW-themed LoRAs are allowed.
Participants are allowed to submit as many LoRAs as they want, as long as they are considered World Morph LoRA.
All old World Morph SDXL LoRAs are allowed to be submitted to the collection. That's correct; there is no creation date restriction for this event.
All LoRAs must be SDXL or Pony only.
