in short it give at least two options
booth have a WINDOWS self installer (python based)
it downloads and install a lot (~10GB), be patient
WebUI-Forge is a smart and optimized version of A1111 but same possibilities
Fooocus is a bit focused on pure generation and inpainting
(seems also pure CPU is possible ... but ~5min/image or you can use light/hyper/turbo models, maybe than 1min/image)
