Rename, Resize, Move, Caption tool for Windows Desktop

1. When you create multiple images, there could be various reasons. You may want to create a new checkpoint, lora or etc.

2. We download many images, and want them to sort and move to different folders quickly.

3. We sometimes want to rename files with a prefix, or just numeric incremental order.

4. How fantastic it would be to have a tool which does all of these, and above all FREE!

Image mover is one such tool. Though AI was not in my scope when I first released it, but soon it became a part. Slowly as I am learning to create Loras, and understand captioning images, I just added captioning feature to it.
