We're excited to announce the Text-tacular Showdown Contest, where we challenge you to incorporate text in creative, compelling ways using Flux or other image models (text must be completely legible!). Whether it’s bold movie posters, intricate book covers, or any other artistic use case, this contest focuses on how well you can incorporate text into your images.

📜Submission Guidelines

For the Text-tacular Showdown Contest, we are looking for images that display text that is completely legible. While we recommend using Flux to generate your submissions for the best results, you are welcome to use other models if you're able to achieve clear, readable text.

All submissions must fit into one of the contest categories and must be SFW, including any text incorporated into the images. This means no foul language, sexual innuendos, or anything else offensive.

🤖General Entry

This category is for images that creatively incorporate text but don’t quite fit into the other specified categories. Whether it's a cute waifu holding a sign, an abstract use of text, or something entirely unique, if it doesn’t belong under the below categories, this is the place for it!

🎬Movie Posters

In this category, we’re looking for cinematic-style posters where text plays a crucial role. Think bold titles, taglines, and credits that capture the feel of a blockbuster movie. The text should be clear, stylish, and complement the imagery to create a true movie poster vibe.

📚Book Covers

This category focuses on beautifully designed book covers that use text effectively to draw attention. Whether it’s a fantasy novel, a romance story, or a non-fiction work, the title, author name, and other text elements should be clearly visible and aesthetically integrated into the design.

😹The Funny Section

Here’s where you can let your humor shine! Whether it's clever puns, funny quotes, or witty text paired with your imagery, this category is all about making people laugh. Get creative with how you use text to deliver humor, and remember that the text should still be legible and fit within the SFW guidelines.

🏢Business

This category is all about professional and functional designs for businesses. Whether it’s a sleek logo, a business card with clear branding, or any other visual that would be useful in a business context, your entry should incorporate text in a way that’s clean, legible, and professional. Showcase how text can be used effectively in corporate branding, signage, or other business-related visuals.

Submissions that cannot be clearly categorized into one of these themes will be rejected. Additionally, all entries must comply with Civitai's Terms of Service.

How to Enter

Simply post your images to the Text-tacular Showdown Collection

Follow the Collection by clicking the blue +Follow button on the above collection page.

You'll then be able to click the blue plus ( + ) sign, to upload your submissions to the Contest collection.
