Thanks to the wonderful https://civitai.com/user/DrPuffinPhD and https://civitai.com/user/GorMor solution was found ! But not to all of the problems I mentions earlier and its only for Fooocus.
Without further ado, u CAN attach hyperlinks of used LoRA's and Checkpoint as well as make civitai fill all metadata by itself.
To do so, in Fooocus, before generating your images, go to the "Advanced" tab (beside "Models") and click the box marked "Developer Debug Mode." This will open four tabs underneath it. The first tab should be "Debug Tools" -- scroll all the way down to the bottom, where you should see "Save Metadata to Images." Click that box and this will open "Metadata Scheme." Select "a1111 (plain text)." Now, Civitai should be able to read all the metadata for your image, including the LoRAs and other models you used.
This is it ? That easy? AHAHAHAHAH, ofc not :D

UPD : YEEEEEEES , YEEEEEEEEES, BIG day ladies and gentleman, seems like a way how to add metadata after photoshop or if u forgot to enable metadata adding feature is found
Put your image in upscale tab, 1.5x ( not tested with 2x yet) - go to advanced - debug mod- Forced Overwrite of Denoising Strength of "Upscale" - 0,001, Open your image log, copy metadata from image u need, paste into prompt window, load parameters, generate. Don't forget to enable saving metadata to images feature
Mb its a bag or smth, (tested 2 times) but when I did one more 1.5 upscale for already 1.5x upscaled image, its registred as "fast upscale" in logs, so no metadata
+ when u do upscale on upscaled image its take a lot of time and can bug itself and stop ( infinite loading)
Because of that , its vary important to do upscale as last step before upload ! (for now )
1. Without changes into config file, every time you open the app, it will run in default mod (with metadata saving feature disabled)
I forgot about that, so that's why cover image to this article isnt a proof of concept
You can turn on this by default in the config file, by copying the metadata string from the config-manual file in the same Fooocus folder. Otherwise, it has to be done manually on every startup.
Don't forget to make a backup before any config changes

UPD: I don't know why, but for some reason cvitai treated this PoC crossposted image like standalone images, I don't receive reactions nor to my profile page nor to post itself, only to image posted on LoRas page, it wasn't like that with previous images, when I got reaction, it will automatically was added to all places.
UPD: Asked in Discord about this, here an answer: There is nothing that you can do, it is a site-wide issue and it is a known problem, developers will look into it next week

2. It might be a bug or smth but, as for now, civitai will mess with your seed digits, how so u can see here https://civitai.com/images/33690961 ( real seed is in the comments, seems like it has digit length limit or smth, all messed up seeds seems to have zeroes at the end
Its not that big of a problem tho, I mean, what is seeds even for? if u wanna the same img, u can just download, if u wanna kinda the same but not similar, simple prompt or inpaint will do, if u know the answer plz share in the comments! But it's still misleading so be wary !
3. Upscaling seems to clear all metadata
Or at list it looks like in log, I didn't test what will happen if u upload upscaled img yet
UPD: Tested - Upscaling will delete metadata( or at least make it invisible for civitai )
UPD:(2) Only fast upscale do it , 1.5 and x2 don't, but they might change the image a bit, seems like you can reduce strength of changing by going to advanced-DeBug-Override denoise for upscale - 0

4.I have no idea what will happen to metadata if u open img in Photoshop and than save as PNG again , will test later, plz stand by :D
UPD: It will erase all metadata too BUT I found this

So it need to be tasted again with other version of photoshop or with GIMP
UPD: GIMP - no metadata T_T as well

5. I have no idea what Enhance feature will do to metadata, will test later, plz stand by :D
UPD: If I understood correctly its kinda like actions in Photoshop and useful only if u do a LOT of images and wanna automate inpainting, tbh I don't rly see why u will use it, but it seems u can save original prompt after all of the correction( what is not rly good cuz its kinda missleading, and if u press "save last filled prompt" and add some new words it will save just this new words. TLDR: no proper metadata here too N_N + if u upscale before or after, metadata will be erased as well ( or at least make it invisible for civitai )
UPD(2): I was testing it with fast upscale, mb it will work with 1.5x/2x
6. I heard that metadata is not saving to images itself by default cuz of some privacy and security concerns. I am not able to find discussion on the topic not on git hub not just googling. If you know some info plz share in the comments
7. When inpainting, it will create new image in the logs, so if u change promt, or lora's value while doing so it could lead to misleading metadata, plz be carful.
Solution: ideally don't change anything wile inpainting, or if u did, manually adjust info when downloading img ( u can do it with prompt, not sure about LoRAs str )
8. There is no data about image prompting in metadata, so plz don't forget to add img2img in tools tub when uploading ur image that was created with help of ImagePrompt, PyraCanny or CPDS ect.
9. If you did LoRAs outside the Civitai or have a yet to be published test version, they needs to be re-downloaded from Civitai for Fooocus placing correct links, otherwise it would be recognized as separate LoRA even if it's literally the same file.
P/s I misscliked again, renewed page and whole article is gone, restore feature shows error, so I am so sorry for my poor writing, I will add info if i forgot smth later, and thank you for your attention, truly !

I see what you mean now! Unfortunately, enabling metadata saving in Fooocus will not allow you to automatically add LoRAs to the resource tab when you upload an image to Civitai. The resource tab is typically populated based on the specific resources selected during the image generation process on the Civitai platform itself. (c)
