Buzz Service Outage: An Update and Apology

Hey Civitai community,

We wanted to give you a quick update on an issue we experienced today with our Buzz Service.

For a short period, our Buzz Service went down, causing some hiccups in the system. During this outage, approximately 40,000 Buzz that should have been claimed wasn't handed out correctly. We know how important Buzz is to our community, and we're taking this seriously.

What Happened?

Our team is actively investigating the root cause of this outage and working on implementing measures to prevent similar incidents in the future. We're committed to maintaining the integrity and reliability of our Buzz system, and this hiccup has given us valuable insights into areas we can improve.

Who Was Affected?

Unfortunately, due to the nature of the outage, we can't determine exactly who was affected during this time. We understand this might be frustrating, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Our Apology and a Little Gift

We deeply value each and every member of our community, and we want to make this right. As a gesture of goodwill, we’re offering a special Buzz claim for everyone. This will be equivalent to the amount of Blue Buzz claimable through the Daily Tasks in the Buzz Dashboard, and will be claimable once, until October 14th at 12am UTC.
