Hello everyone!
As you are well aware in the last couple of months I've been uploading once or twice a month some batches of models and was pretty much not responsive in the comments and so on.
I plan to change all that :-)
Let's say that I was a little burned out and was in maintenance mode letting you know that I am still alive.
But now I would like to be more active again. Not gonna lie - Flux gave me a lot of energy and joy, maybe not as much as introduction of SD but still it is a breath of fresh air and I tend to bring you high quality content also in this category.
The good thing is that for most of my SD 1.5 models, I kept not only the datasets but also the source images. I wanted to use it for SDXL and future models. SDXL was kind of a hit-and-miss for me, but I think I'm up there with Flux.
What does it mean moving forward? Though I will start with Flux as it is a hot potato, I will continue uploading regular Lycoris (the models that put me on the map here :P) as well as my "small loras". I will want to upload some embeddings as well, eventually.
I will focus now on training Flux models and doing requests for all types of models that I do (which you can make using my coffee page: https://buymeacoffee.com/malcolmrey )
I do have quite a big backlog of models to pick from. I wanted to be ready for my comeback so I've cataloged my trained models and as of now, I have models of 1330 public figures. Yes, it is 3990 models (to be fair, it is over 4000 since some subjects have more than one version :P). Since I uploaded so far like 700 models, this means I still have a lot to pick from :)
My plans for the near future:
upload some of the flux models I've been training recently
share my training technique if you are interested in
finally do the inpainting version of my Serenity model
continue uploading lora/lycoris models
resume uploading of the embeddings
rework my training spreadsheet to be up-to-date
read and reply to all the messages that I've received in the past 2-3 months (though I will start with that on the weekend)
I've already uploaded today 4 Flux models. They do have my brand token of sks woman.
There is a reason for that but I'll write more about it in the Flux training article soon.
